On Sunday, September 14, 2014, Abraham Alexander Hamburg of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Dianna Hamburg; loving companion of Lola Farber; dear father of Edward (Stacey) Hamburg, Stephen Hamburg and Martin (Ellen) Hamburg; loving brother of Moish (Eileen) Hamburg; devoted grandfather of Michael Hamburg, Adam (Jennifer) Hamburg, David Hamburg and Jonathan Hamburg and great-granddaughter, Ruby Hamburg. Graveside funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 16, 10 a.m. at King David Memorial Gardens, Falls Church, VA followed by a memorial service at 1 p.m. at Leisure World Main Ballroom, Clubhouse 1. Family will be observing Shiva through Sunday evening. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Congregation Shaare Tikvah in Waldorf, MD or Jewish Residents of Leisure World or the National Council of Jewish Women.
