On Monday, August 24, 2015, Ceil Englander of Rockville, MD. Beloved wife of the late David
Englander; devoted and loving mother of Miriam E. German; dear sister of Izzie Davidowitz; adored grandmother of Loren (Dr. Joshua) Felsher and Joshua Micah Hochman; great-grandmother of Ryan and Sadie Felsher, Rachel, Jessica and Giselle Grace Hochman. Funeral service was held Tuesday, August 25 in Floral Park Cemetery, New Jersey. Family will observe Shiva Tuesday through Friday at the Felsher residence. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Chabad Lubavitch of Upper Montgomery County, www.ourshul.org.
