On Thursday, November 20, 2014 of Rockville, MD. Beloved wife of the late Sidney Blatt; loving mother of Linda (Jacob) Elbaz; sister in law Jean Kortlang; devoted grandmother of Jonathan Elbaz. Rose was a friend to many. Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, November 23, 1 p.m. at King David Memorial Gardens, Falls Church, VA. Shiva will be observed at the Elbaz residence through Tuesday. Memorial contributions may be made to Magen David Sephardic Congregation, Rockville, MD.
