HONORABLE SEYMOUR KORN
On Wednesday November 4, 2015, Judge Seymour Korn, of Chevy Chase, Maryland and Boca Raton, Florida passed on peacefully.
Beloved husband of the late Ethel Blumberg Korn and of the late Elaine Pollin Korn. Devoted and adored father of Janet Gail Korn, of Boca Raton Florida. He was predeceased by his son Robert Leo Korn and his brother, Jerry Korn.
Step-Father to Alan (Jayne) Pollin, Richard (Lauren) Pollin and grandfather to Adam, Shane (Amy), Kennis (Andros), Jill (Mike), Courtney (Justin), Sander, Jacob and Matthew; treasured great-grandfather of Ella and brother-in-law of Morton (Cynthia) Zetlin. "Treasured great-grandfather of Ella. Cherished Uncle of numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and, he was, forever delighted by, his Grand-doggie Wally.
Judge Korn had a full and phenomenally, eventful life. He was very much loved and, he loved deeply. He was a wonderful human being and, a kind, giving and, philanthropic soul. He will be deeply missed by all who had the good fortune, to be touched by him.
The service for Judge Seymour Korn, will be held at B'Nai Israel Congregation, 6301 Montrose Road, Rockville, Maryland 20852 on Sunday, November 8 at 1 p.m.
Interment will immediately follow the service at King David Memorial Gardens, 7400 Lee Highway, Falls Church, Virginia.
Family will receive guests in the Presidential Suite, in The Hyatt Regency Hotel, from 5 to 9 p.m. at 1 Bethesda Metro Center, Bethesda, MD. Valet Parking is available at the entrance on Wisconsin Avenue. Shiva service will be held in the suite at 7:30 p.m., that evening.
Do not send flowers. Memorial contributions should be made to B'Nai Israel Congregation, at the above referenced address or, your favorite charity .
