Dianne Schachner Obituary
On Tuesday, August 28, 2018, Dianne Fellman Schachner passed away suddenly at her home in Potomac, Maryland. She was born in Omaha, Nebraska on December 23, 1939 to the late Evelyn and Saul Fellman. For over 20 years she was Director of Business Development at Leo J. Daly Company. She was a docent at the Hirschhorn Museum and Sculpture Gallery, was an art consultant and modern art enthusiast, an avid traveler, and a master and experimental chef. She is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Dr. Stephen Schachner, her cherished children, Jill Schachner Chanen and Seth Schachner (Allison Hertog), and her adored grandchildren, Alexander and Sydney Chanen and Miles and Liv Schachner. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Sunday, September 2, 2018, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Bolger Center, 9600 Newbridge Drive, Potomac, MD 20854. Contributions in memory of Dianne Schachner may be made to the charity of your choice
