On Thursday, October 4, 2018, Howard C. Bartner of Bethesda, MD. Beloved husband of Elayne Bartner; devoted father of Scott (Marianne) Bartner and the late Reid Bartner; loving grandfather of Eva Bartner; cherished uncle of Carol Shuhler and Sheryl Duffy. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 8, 12:30 pm at Washington Hebrew Congregation, 3935 Macomb St NW, Washington, DC 20016. Interment will follow at Washington Hebrew Cemetery, 1380 Alabama Ave SE, Washington, DC 20032. Services entrusted to Sagel Bloomfield Danzansky Goldberg Funeral Care.
