On April 2, 2015, Joav Steinbach passed away while surrounded by his loving family after admirably battling a terminal illness. He is survived by his wife, Galia, his four children, Danit, Morry, Shirley and Tamara, and his eight grandchildren. A graduate of The Technion in Israel, Cornell University, and Illinois Institute of Technology, Joav was a civil engineer, land developer, and consultant in Montgomery County for over three decades. He was a kind and resilient man who made his family proud. Services at Judean Chapel on Monday, April 6, 2015 at 2PM. Interment at Judean Memorial Gardens. Family will receive visitors, Monday at 5PM and Tuesday and Wednesday at 7 PM at the N Bethesda residence, and Thursday at 11 AM at Ingleside at King Farm.
