On Thursday, June 8, 2017, ALAN OFFENBERG LATT of Rockville, MD. Beloved wife of Pamela Latt; devoted mother of Stephen Latt and Kristy Arthur, cherished son of Milton Latt and of the late Jeanne Salus Latt; loving grandfather of Liam Alan and Sara Grace Arthur and McKenna Winterflood. Alan fulfilled his life's purpose in changing lives globally, through teaching how to overcome any adversity and thrive despite the challenges life offers. A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 1:30 pm at Judean Memorial Gardens Chapel, 16225 Batchellors Forest Rd., Olney, MD.
