On Saturday, June 8, 2024, Alice Elizabeth Weinstein of Chevy Chase, MD passed away peacefully at the age of 89. Devoted wife of the late Paul Weinstein and Herman Stekler; beloved mother of Beth Weinstein, Matthew Weinstein and partner, Susan; caring stepmother of Beth & Joanne Stekler and step-grandmother to Leia Steckler.

Graveside Service was held on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at Beth David Cemetery in Elmont, NY. A Memorial Service will be held at Temple Micah in Washington, DC on Friday, June 14, 2024, 11am. The family will be receiving guests in the Party Room at The Elizabeth Condominiums of Chevy Chase following the Memorial Service on Friday. In lieu of flowers, donations in Alice's memory may be made to World Central Kitchen, UNICEF, Doctors without Borders, International Rescue Fund, or WETA.
