Barbara Claire Mobley (89) Of Bethesda MD passed away suddenly on December 14, 2017. Born in Baltimore on September 15, 1928, she was the loving wife of the late Arthur Bainbridge Mobley. She is survived by her five children, Barbara, Michael, Thomas, Mark and Diane along with 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was an active member of St. Lukes parish and long-time election judge in Montgomery County, and a founder of the Wildwood Manor Citizen's Association. Friends will be welcomed at Glenview Mansion, 603 Edmonston Dr., Rockville, MD on Tuesday, December 19 from 6 to 9 p.m. Services will be held at St. Lukes Episcopal Church, 6030 Grosvenor Lane, Bethesda, MD on Wednesday, December 20 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Lukes Episcopal Church.
