Barbara Rosen passed away on December 2, 2024, at her home in Urbana, Maryland. Barbara spent most of her life in Dallas, Texas, before moving to Maryland to be near her children and grandchildren. She had a long and successful career in IT management, and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and great-aunt.

Beloved wife of David Rosen; devoted mother of Jennifer (Moshe) Schwartz and Jonathan Rosen; loving sister of Sandy (Bruce) Cocek, Billy (Susan) Brewer, Debby (Rex) Anderson, Carla (Kenny) Jacobs, and Kim Perruccio; cherished grandmother of Elyana (Aharon) Blecher, Dani Schwartz, Eitan Schwartz, and Yael Schwartz; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, 10:30 a.m. at Garden of Remembrance, 14321 Comus Rd., Clarksburg MD. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Zaching Against Cancer Foundation .
