Barbara Wishner passed away on Thursday Aug 29. She was the daughter of Irwin and Phyllis Stein deceased and a sister to a brother Irwin jr also deceased. Surviving her is her husband of 35 years Raymond, daughter Teri Shulman, son Scott Shulman and his wife Ann Lohren Shulman, grandson Eric, granddaughter Lohren Shulman Dyer and her husband Trent and most proudly her great grandson Hudson Scott. Barbara was confirmed at the Washington Hebrew Congregation and was a life time member. She was a 16 year volunteer at Sibley Hospital. In place of flowers please send donations to Wounded Warrior Project, Sibley Hospital or a charity of your choice. Services will be held at the Washington Hebrew Congregation at 12 noon Monday Sept. 1. A reception will be held later in the day.
