On March 9, 2023, Carol Goldberg of Bethesda, Maryland died peacefully at home.  Carol is predeceased by her loving husband of 63 years, Gerald, her children Eric (Becca) Goldberg and Lynn (Brian) Abrams, and her grandchildren Lucy Goldberg, Gabriel Goldberg, Henry Goldberg, Orli Abrams, Talya Abrams, and Adina Abrams.

Carol grew up in Hanover, Pennsylvania and graduated from the University of Maryland in College Park.  After graduation, Carol traveled to Germany to join Gerald, who had just started his career in the military, and begin their life together.  After 3 years in Germany and a few stations at military bases in the states, Carol founded a successful equipment rental company with her husband.

Carol's passions included cooking, horses, exercise, mahjong, and spending time with family.  Funeral Services will be held at Beth Sholom Congregation, 11825 Seven Locks Rd, Potomac, MD 20854 on Monday March 13th at 2pm.
