Charlotte Footer Passo, age 90, of Silver Spring, MD, passed away on Saturday, February 19, 2022.  She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Hyman, and survived by her three daughters Janice (Raymond), Susan (Kevin), and Arlene Draiman (David).  She is also survived by cherished grandchildren Jennifer Sax (Matthew), Erin Waldman (Corey), and Adam Draiman (Alexandra) and two great grandchildren Hudson and Mason.  A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, 11 a.m. at King David Memorial Gardens in Falls Church, VA. The family will hold shiva that evening for one evening at the home of Arlene and David Draiman.
