On Sunday, July 24, 2016, Charlotte Lillian Podgor of Rockville, MD passed away. Beloved wife of the late Samuel Podgor; devoted mother of Gail (Louis) Grosman and the late Marvin Podgor; mother-in-law of Deborah Podor; loving sister of the late Melvin Shyres, the late Sidney Shepperd and the late George Cohen; loving grandmother of Jeffrey (Jennifer) Groman, Robin (Glen) Firestone, Melinda (Vincent) Licciardello and David Podgor; adored great-grandmother of Nicole, Brandon, Hannah, Jessica, Max, Salvatore, and Isaac. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 26, 2016, 10:30 a.m. at Judean Memorial Gardens Chapel, 16225 Bachellors Forest Road, Olney, MD 20832. Interment to follow. Memorial contributions may be made to Casey House (Montgomery Hospice) or Tikvat Israel Congregation.
