On Sunday, January 15, 2017, Charlotte Ringer of Rockville, MD passed away peacefully in her sleep. Beloved wife of the late Eli Ringer. She is survived by her son, Joel (Melanie) Ringer; daughter, Sheri Ringer; and grandchildren Kelly and Eli Ringer. Graveside services will be held at King David Memorial Gardens, Falls Church, VA on Sunday, January 22 at 12:00pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ASPCA (aspca.og) or Dementia Society (dementiasociety.org).
