Claire-Lise Levin

1937-2024

It is with deep sadness that we said goodbye to Claire-Lise Levin on June 25, 2024.

Claire-Lise was the beloved companion of Hugo Borda, the much-loved mother of Stephanie Levin, Valerie (Brian) Levin and Daria (Walcir) Levin.

She was the loving grandmother of Milo and Elliot Richard and Lena and Kevin Franklin.

Born in Switzerland as the eldest of five, she often looked after her four brothers: François, Christian, and the twins, Denis and Luc Payot. Today, François Payot carries on their shared memories, as Luc, Denis, and Christian have gone before her.

Claire-Lise had the good fortune and took great pride in living in Africa for many years. She effortlessly created meaningful connections with everyone she spoke to and was a friend to all those she helped, comforted, loved, and tirelessly cared for at the Georgetown Senior Center for over 20 years.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 28, 2024, 11:00 am, at Rockville Cemetery in Rockville, MD.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Claire-Lise's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
