Claire Rubin, 96, of Chevy Chase. Cherished mother of son, Howard & wife, Roseanne; daughter Deborah Rubin; and grandchildren, Ross and Sarah Rubin. Claire was preceded in death by her daughter, Joan Rubin and by her loving husband, William Rubin. A graveside service will be held at Judean Memorial Gardens in Olney, Maryland, June 10, 2016 at 10am. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
