On September 14, 2024, David Shapiro, of Rockville, Maryland, passed away. Beloved Husband of Anita Shapiro; devoted father of Stacey Krahe and Andrew Shapiro and stepfather of Shari Perry (Ed Ugel) and David Millman (Gregg Loney); Cherished PawPaw of Alexa Perry and Rachel Perry. A son of Baltimore, Mr. Shapiro loved the Orioles and Ravens. He adored his wife and the simple pleasures of watching the ballgame and reading the morning paper.

Graveside service will be held Wednesday, September 18, 2024, 12PM at Judean Memorial Gardens. Shiva will be observed at 7:00 PM at the residence Wednesday and Thursday. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
