On Tuesday, December 13, 2016, DONALD S. COLBY of Bethesda, MD. Beloved husband of Selma Colby. Survived by family and many friends. Graveside funeral service will be held Friday, December 16, 1:30 p.m. at King David Memorial Gardens, Falls Church, VA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to JSSA or a charity of your choice .
