On Sunday, August 13, 2017 of Frederick, MD passed away peacefully. Devoted mother of Rebecca (Sean) Donnley, Patricia Toler, Jeannie (Larry) Seal and Russ Retallick; loving sister of James Brown and Elizabeth Carter. Also survived by nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 19, visitation, 11 a.m.; service, 12 Noon at Judean Memorial Gardens Chapel, 16225 Batchellors Forest Rd., Olney, MD.
