EDWARD S. BLOTNER "Eddie" (Age 80) Of Germantown, MD, passed away peacefully at the Montgomery Hospice on December 22, 2015. Born in Haverhill, MA. He is survived by his wife Diana of 20 years; his children, Joseph Blotner (Suzie) and Jennifer Giannini (Carmen); step-children, Lindee Ward (Craig), Trent Pitts (Kerri) and Jaimee Smothers (Mike); 12 grandchildren, one great-grandson; a sister Elaine Gerring and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at the Garden of Remembrance Cemetery, 14321 Comus Rd., Clarksburg, MD on Monday, December 28 at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Casey House of Montgomery Hospice or the American Heart Association .
