Elinor Ascher
On Sunday, May 31, 2015, Elinor Ascher of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of Bernard Ascher; devoted mother of Scott (Karen), Mark (Debbi) Ascher and Ruth (Jerry) Pickrel; loving sister of Linda Davis. Also survived by five loving grandchildren. Funeral services will be held, Tuesday, June 2, 2015, 12:30 p.m. at Interfaith Chapel, Leisure World, 3680 South Leisure World Blvd., Silver Spring, MD 20906. Interment Judean Memorial Gardens, Olney, MD. Family will be observing Shiva, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8 p.m. at Leisure World, Community Room Building B - Creekside. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Montgomery Hospice.
