ELIOT J. HALPERIN Passed away on December 2, 2015. Beloved husband of Deana Rose Halperin; devoted father of Evan (Anna) and Jennifer Halperin. He is also survived by his granddaughter, Rosalie. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 4, 2 p.m. at Washington Hebrew Congregation, 3935 Macomb St., NW, Washington, DC. Interment will be held at Washington Hebrew Congregation Memorial Park. Family will be observing Shiva on December 5 begining at 5 p.m. at the late residence.
