Elsie Lipiner, 87, of Silver Spring, MD, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 17, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Jack Lipiner; devoted mother of Frank Lipiner and Michael Lipiner (Phyllis); loving grandmother of Abigail and Madeline. Funeral Services will be held at Congregation Har Tzeon-Agudath Achim on Sunday, August 21st at 11:30am, 1840 University Blvd W. Silver Spring, MD with interment to follow at Garden of Remembrance Memorial Park, 14321 Comus Rd Clarksburg, MD.
