Gail Ellen Rubinstein Lipton of North Potomac, MD, passed on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.

Beloved wife of Barry S. Lipton, devoted mother of Philip B. Lipton, loving daughter of Charlotte Goldfarb, and loving sister of Larry Rubinstein (Karen).  She is also survived by her cherished family members.

She was well loved by her family, friends, and co-workers.  She lived life to the fullest through travel, concert going, and other adventures.

The graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at Garden of Remembrance Memorial Park.
