On Friday, December 7, 2018, Dr. George Orlove, of Bethesda, Maryland, age 81. Beloved husband of 58 years to Arlene Orlove. Devoted father of Dina (Michael) Fink, Brett (Deborah) Orlove and Billy (Katherine) Orlove. Proud grandfather of Robert, Amy, Elliotte, Alex, Raquel and Charlie. Son-in-law of Sylvia Pinson. Loving uncle to Ben (Deena) Klopman, Myron Klopman, the late Deborah (Jacob) Roth, Eileen (Lew) Wedeen, Ellen Hayes, and Janis (Ed) Berebitski. Preceded in death by his parents, Israel and Ray, and brother, Henry and sister, Sylvia. George was born in Washington, DC in 1936, graduated Roosevelt High School, The George Washington University and the Medical College of Virginia, served as a Captain in the United States Air Force stationed in the Azores Islands and conducted his dental practice for forty years in Falls Church, Virginia. Funeral services will be held at Adas Israel at 1 p.m. on Monday, December 10, 2018, 2850 Quebec Street, NW, Washington, DC. Burial at King David Memorial Gardens in Falls Church, Virginia at 3 p.m. following the funeral. Shiva will be observed at the home of Brett and Deborah Orlove on Monday at 5 p.m..
