On Monday, January 30, 2023, Gerald Landau, of Potomac, MD passed away. Beloved husband of the late Phyllis Landau; devoted father of Steven (Brenda) Landau, Jennifer (Michael) Weingord and Lauren (Paul) Schenkel; loving brother of Earl (Bettye) Landau and Joan (Michael) Schweitz; cherished grandfather of Lily, Luke, Max, Audrey (Brooks), Emma, Molly, Sam.

Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, 12 p.m. at Garden of Remembrance, Clarksburg, MD. Family will be observing Shiva on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 in The Park Potomac Reception Room beginning at 6 p.m. with Minyan at 7 p.m. as well as Thursday, February 2, 2023 beginning at 6 p.m. at the home of Lauren and Paul Schenkel with Minyan at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society ( lls.org ) or or Montgomery Hospice ( montgomeryhospice.org ).
