Gloria Horowitz (age88) On Wednesday, September 16, 2015 in Rockville, MD. Gloria Horowitz lost her battle with lung cancer. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother; she is survived by her children Meryl (Jack) Abel and Randy Horowitz, grandchildren Alex and Brooke Abel, great-grandchildren Emily and Jacob. She was a good neighbor to all and friend to many. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her. A funeral service will be held on September 17, 2015 at Sagel Bloomfield Danzansky-Goldberg Funeral Care, 1170 Rockville Pike, Rockville MD 20852 at 2:00 PM. Interment will be a private service in NY. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to JSSA (the Jewish Social Service Agency).
