On July 18, 2025, Harriet Reiter of Rockville, MD passed away peacefully in Decatur, GA. Born in Brooklyn, NY on May 9, 1939. Beloved wife of the late Leon Reiter; devoted mother of Dan (Carolann) Reiter, Ehud (Ann) Reiter and David (Alissa) Reiter; cherished grandmother of Miriam, Moshe, Noah, Zev, Sam, Eve and Naomi.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, 1:30pm at Temple Beth Ami located at 14330 Travilah Road, Rockville, MD with burial to follow at Garden of Remembrance  Memorial Park in Clarksburg, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Association of Jewish Libraries or Dolly Parton's Imagination Library .
