On Friday, September 23, 2016 of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Phyllis P. Chidel; devoted father of Lisa (Michael) Kokoszka, Harriette (George) Lesznar, Miles (Peggy) Chidel and the late Beverly Chidel; loving brother of Marcia Reid, Ira (Elinor) Chidel, Sandy Rudo and Brenda (James) Smith. Zayde of Sam, Anna, Max, Jacob, Kimberly, Julie, and Heather. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 25, 2016 11 a.m. at Judean Memorial Chapel, 16225 Batchellors Forest Road, Olney, MD, with interment to follow. Family will observing Shiva Monday and Tuesday at 6:40pm at his late residence. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
