HILLARY M. GOULDING Of Bethesda, MD and Scottsdale, AZ. Beloved wife, mother and grandmother died peacefully on March 5, 2017 with her husband Barry at her side. Hillary is survived by her husband, Barry Goulding; sons, Brent (Kelly) and Joshua (Kate) Goulding and grandson Eli Goulding. Hillary Goulding was born in Wilmington, DE on September 15, 1947 to Bernard and Ethel Davis. She worked at the IRS for 17 years where she first met Barry. After having her second son, Joshua, she focused her efforts on creating a loving home for her family. Following their retirement in 2007, Hillary and Barry split their time between Bethesda and Scottsdale where they made countless friends and enjoyed the warm weather, hiking, bridge and canasta. Hillary was blessed to witness the birth of her grandson Eli, one of the greatest joys of her life. Funeral services will be held at Washington Hebrew Congregation, 3935 Macomb St., NW, Washington, DC 20016 on Friday, March 10. 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Garden of Remembrance, Clarksburg, MD.
