On Wednesday September 11, 2024 Howard Rubin of Washington D.C. passed away at the age of 93.

Howard is survived by his wife, Ellen Foer; His sons Dr. Barry Rubin (Dr. Carole) and Sam Rubin (Harriet); and his grandchildren Mia Rubin, Nat Rubin, Mickey Rubin (Rona), and Bobby Rubin (Margo). He also leaves his stepdaughters Dana Foer (Dr. Craig Vander Kolk), Susan Rigby (Steve), and Debby Goldberg (David), along with step-grandchildren Victoria Baker Cain (David Baker), Nicholas Cain (Joselyn), Alex Cain, Madeline Hoffner (Jacob), and Ryan Goldberg. Howard was also a proud great-grandfather to three great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife, Roberta Rubin, and his son Richard Rubin.

Graveside service to be held King David Memorial Gardens on Friday, September 13, at 2pm.

Shiva will be observed Saturday and Sunday at 7:30pm at the home of Debby and David Goldberg.
