Beloved husband of Irene Dickter Shapiro; devoted father of Steven, Ronald and Joel Shapiro; loving brother of the late Lou, May and Anna. Also survived by grandchildren, Tamara, Asher, Stefanie, Olivia, Summer, and great-grandfather of five. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 24, 2015, 11 a.m. at Judean Memorial Gardens Chapel, 16225 Batchellors Forest Rd, Olney, MD 20832. Family will be observing Shiva on Thursday, Sunday and Monday at his late residence.
