IRVING MOERMAN Of Silver Spring, MD passed peacefully on Tuesday, February 9, 2016, born April 14, 1924. Beloved husband of Ruth S. Moerman of 68 years; devoted father of Steven A. Moerman, Elaine (Howard) Hochman and Diana (Marc) Payne; loving brother of Samuel Moerman and Betty Ferguson, Nathan Moerman (deceased) and Mary Kurtz (deceased). Also survived by cherished grandchildren, Raymond, Sarah, Jennifer and Matthew and great-grandchildren, Selena and Santana. Graveside services will be held Febuary 16, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Mt.
