Irving Salem On Saturday, October 29, 2016 of West Palm Beach, Florida. Beloved husband of the late Marcia Salem and the late Patricia Marand Salem; devoted father of Dr. Allen (Jennifer) Salem, Dr. Michael Salem and Adam (Pam) Salem; loving grandfather of Max, Sam, Matthew, Noah and Shealynn; loving brother of the late Judy Gins, the late Joseph Salem and the late Robert Salem. Irving had a long and prestigious career as a corporate tax attorney. He began his career with Caplin and Drysdale and continued on with Latham and Watkins. Irving was a lover of the law, art and opera, Broadway and The Masters Golf Tournament. He lived a fulfilled life and brought joy to all he touched. Dad you will be missed. Funeral services to be held graveside at Greenwood Union Cemetery, Rye, New York and notice of a memorial service in Manhattan will follow. Family will be observing Shiva on Thursday, November 3rd from 6-9 p.m. at the residence of Adam Salem. Memorial contributions may be made to National Jewish Health, Denver, Colorado.
