Beloved father of Frank Stephen Lubcher: Cherished son of Pauline Lubcher-Freundel and the late Bernard Lubcher; Devoted brother of Carol Minkoff (Barry). Internment at King David Memorial Gardens at 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 26, 2017. Shiva will be observed following the burial at the home of Barry and Carol Minkoff with a minyan at 7:00pm.
