Jerry Sheldon Farber Of Rockville, MD On Thursday, May 21, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Sharon; devoted and cherished father of K. Allen, Lori Eisner (David) and Daniel (Jessica); adored grandfather of Samantha, Callie, Jackson, Jamie, Hannah and Nathan and loving brother of the late Harriet (Cluny) Unger. Jerry was passionate about helping others, especially through dedication to his profession as an orthopedic surgeon. His quick wit and joke telling will be missed by all who knew him. Jerry will be forever in the hearts of so many admiring and loving nieces, nephews, friends and other family members. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2015, 11:30 AM, at Washington Hebrew Congregation, 3935 Macomb St NW, Washington, DC 20016. Interment at Garden of Remembrance Memorial Park, Clarksburg, MD. The family will be observing Shiva on Tuesday and Wednesday with a Minyan service at 7:00 PM. at the family residence.
