Jessica Margaret Armstrong passed away peacefully on Friday June 30, 2023 surrounded by family after a mercifully short battle with glioblastoma brain cancer. Beloved wife of 35 years of Mark C. Brown; devoted mother of Alison Brown; cherished grandmother of Eloïse Brown-Coulombe; loving sister of Andrew Armstrong.

Jessica was a proud Canadian and graduate of St. Clement's School in Toronto and the University of Waterloo. She was an educator at Lycée Rochambeau, a lover of triathlons, fiery, intelligent, a fabulous storyteller, fierce friend, and impossible not to love.

As long as we live, they too shall live, for they are a part of us…

Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 6, 2023, 3 p.m. at St. Nicholas Episcopal Church, 15575 Germantown Road, Germantown, Maryland 20874. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Casey House ( montgomeryhospice.org ).
