On Saturday, August 22, 2026, Joan Bush passed away. Beloved wife of the late William Bush Jr; devoted mother of Jeffrey, Neal (Shari), and Chaya; cherished grandmother of Jacqueline Bush, Danielle (Benjamin) Fechter, and Ryan Bush; Loving great-grandmother to Scottie.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 10 a.m. at Washington Hebrew Congregation, 3935 Macomb Street, NW, Washington, DC 20016, with interment to follow at King David Memorial Gardens, Falls Church, VA.

The family will observe Shiva from 5-7 pm on Friday, August 28th at Brooklyn’s Deli, 1080 Seven Locks Road, Potomac, MD.
