Beloved wife of the late Dr. Frederick Nevins and dear companion of Allen Winer; devoted mother of David (Susan) Nevins, Eric (fiancee Beverly) Nevins, Beth Nevins (Jon); loving sister of Winnie Delon. Also survived by grandchildren, Ricky, Kirby, Reed Baylin, Freddi, Jake, Josh Nevins and step-grandchildren, Lindsay (Josh) Rubens, Courtney (Jon) Sider, Evan (Jenna) Schapiro. Graveside services will be held Sunday, March 19, 1:30 p.m., at King David Memorial Gardens, Falls Church, VA. The family will be receiving friends following services at the home of Beth Nevins with minyan at 7 p.m. Shiva will be held Monday, at Woodholme Country Club, Pikesville, MD 21208 from 6 to 9 p.m., with a memorial tribute at 6:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, alz.org or Joan Nevins Guest Artist Fund at Towson University.
