On Sunday, April 15, 2018 Joan Shugoll of Chevy Chase MD, beloved wife of the late Eugene L. Shugoll; devoted mother of Mark (Merril) and Robert (Eileen); loving sister of Lenore Popper), she is also survived by grandchildren Cara (Stephen) Wilken, Lianne Shugoll, Arielle (Gabrielle) Mariasch, Elliott Shugoll and great grandson Lucas Wilken. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Kol Shalom, 9110 Darnestown Rd, Rockville, MD 20850. Interment will be private. The family will be observing Shiva on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 between 6 and 8 p.m. at 4701 Willard Ave, Event Room Chevy Chase.
