On March 6, 2017, Joseph Kimmel of Coconut Creek, FL originally of Baltimore, MD and formerly of Washington, DC. Beloved husband of the late Claire Kimmel; devoted father of Steve (Harriet) Kimmel and Gayle Kimmel (Bill) Greenberg; cherished grandfather of Terry (Tracy) Greenberg, Troy (Felicia) Kimmel, Mitchell (Elisa) Greenberg and Eric (Sarah) Kimmel; great-grandfather of Isabella Kimmel, Bryce Greenberg, Matias Greenberg, Simon Greenberg, Alexis Kimmel, Cole Greenberg, Caden Kimmel, Ella Kimmel and Hallie Kimmel. He was predeceased by siblings, Nelson, Harry and Ruth. Graveside Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 9, 2017, 2:30 p.m. in Judean Memorial Gardens in Olney, MD. Immediately following the funeral A Celebration of Life will be held at the home of Troy and Felicia Kimmel in Olney, MD. (with Minyan Service at 6:30 p.m).
