Leila Faith Cohen Passed away after an heroic battle with breast cancer on March 8, 2016. Beloved Wife of Howard Goldblatt; sister of Norman Cohen (Barbara Sheinberg) and nephew Aaron Cohen, nieces Sara Cohen, Ilana Charette and Beryl Goldblatt. The disease did not stop her from pursuing her interests in travel, theater, reading and maintaining her friendships. Leila was an active member in Hexagon, Washington''s original political satirical musical comedy revue and the British Players community theatre group. A funeral service will be held at Kol Shalom Congregation, 9110 Darnestown Road, Rockville, MD on March 10 at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Judean Gardens, Olney MD. Shiva will be observed in North Bethesda, MD at 7 p.m. Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. In lieu of flowers please donate to Kol Shalom (kolshalom.com) or a charity of your choice .
