On Wednesday, November 21, 2018, Loraine Bernstein of Silver Spring, MD passed away. Beloved wife of the late Samuel Bernstein; beloved sister of Marvin and David Goldstein, devoted mother of Dennis Bernstein, Leslie Seff, Louis Bernstein and Carole Bernstein, and loving grandmother to Larry and Ira Bernstein, Beth Krakower, Jaclyn Lynn, Timothy and Andrew Bernstein; loving matriarch to 10 great-grandchildren. Also survived by loving family and friends. A service will be held Sunday, November 25, 10:00 a.m. at Temple Beth Ami Congregation, 14330 Travilah Road, Rockville, MD 20850. Interment will follow at King David Memorial Gardens in Falls Church, VA. Family will observe Shiva immediately following services at the home of Jan and Gary Gutman with minyan at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
