Marianne Ehrenfeld Schmelzer Smulin of Bethesda, MD, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021 at the age of 99. Devoted mother of John D. Schmelzer (Naomi) and Wendy Schmelzer (Robert); loving grandmother of Joseph (Amanda), Elliot (Kait), Ben, Jeff and Mike (Amanda); cherished great-grandmother of Jake, Ryan, Nathaniel, and Jacob.
