On Thursday, September 10, 2026, Maris Futrowsky Binder, of Potomac passed away. Devoted wife of Arnold Binder; loving mother of Kelli (Rich) Kahalas and Poppy (Allen) Ford; cherished grandmother of Casey, Scott, and Bradley. She was very social, the life of the party, and loved getting to know people.

Funeral services will be held Monday, September 14, 2026, at 1pm in the Judean Memorial Gardens Chapel, 16225 Batchellors Forest Road, Olney, MD, 20832. Shiva will be at the Kahalas Residence 9/14 and 9/15, 6-7:30pm with 7pm Services. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to JSSA in memory of Maris Futrowsky Binder.
