Mark Lawrence Palmer On December 23, 2015. Beloved brother, father, and grandfather, Mark passed away at his home. Pop Pop (as he is known to his six grandchildren) was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer earlier this year. He will be loved and remembered by his family and friends for his love, warmth and humor. He is survived by his brother Donald, Donald''s wife Betsy, Mark''s nephew Steven and his niece Abby; his son Scott, Scott''s wife Ellen and their kids Hayden and Duncan; and his son Jason, Jason''s wife Stephanie and their kids, Sophie, Jake, Tessa and Emmie. Services will be held on Sunday, December 27 at 10 a.m. at Judean Memorial Gardens Chapel and Cemetery, 16225 Batchellors Forest Road, Olney, Maryland. Following the service, at approximately Noon, family and friends are invited to gather at the home of Donald and Betsy Palmer, Olney, Maryland.
