Marlyn Gwen Heiserman, nee Shulman

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marlyn Heiserman. Marlyn passed away on June 15, 2023, at age 82. Marlyn is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Michael Heiserman. They were married in June of 1963. She is also survived by her two devoted sons; Joel Heiserman and Herbert (Ilene) Heiserman; and four loving grandchildren, Anna, Leigh, Jake and Harlie; and a cherished sister, Jackie (Sheldon) Liptz.

Marlyn was a native Washingtonian and attended D.C. public schools. She graduated from Wilson High School in 1959, and she obtained a degree from American University.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 20,2023 at 12pm, at Judean Memorial Gardens, 16225 Batchellors Forest Road, Olney, Maryland. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Marlyn's memory (alz.org).
