On Wednesday, January 15, 2025, MARLYNNE BESNER (Age 80) of Potomac, MD. Marlynne was born in Philadelphia on December 17, 1944. Beloved wife of Dr. Edward Besner. Devoted mother of Robin Katz, Tara Norman (Jeff) and Allison Palanzo (Russell). Dear Sister of Neil (Judy) and Paul (Shelley) Schwartz. Cherished grandmother of Kyle, Cami, z''l, of blessed memory, Gavin, Jason, Eva and Joey. Her love for family, especially her grandchildren, were a priority as was her passion for art.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 10 am at Temple Beth Ami in Rockville, MD. Interment (for family only) will take place at Adas Israel Cemetery in Washington, DC. Shiva will be held at the home of Ellen and Joe Robinson from 2-6 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Marlynne's memory may be sent to JSSA Hospice .
